JANUARY 18-21, 2007
Dr. Aly will travel to Monterrey Mexico, as a Visiting Professor. While there, he will address both physicians and residents on Body Contouring after Massive Weight Loss. He will also host a round table discussion where residents will be allowed to present case studies for discussion.
MAY 24-28, 2007 – San Francisco, CA
Dr. Aly will travel to San Francisco as a Visiting Professor. While there he will speak to the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and residents on Body Contouring after Massive Weight Loss. He will also host a round table discussion where residents will be allowed to present case studies for discussion.
Speaking Engagements
MARCH 2-3, 2007 – CLEVELAND CLINIC, FLORIDA
Dr. Aly will speak at the Innovations in Aesthetic Surgery hosted by the Cleveland Clinic. While there he will speak about Belt Lipectomy and Management of the Lower Extremities.
MARCH 16-20,2007 – VAIL, CO
Dr. Aly will travel to Vail Colorado March 16-20 as an invited speaker for the Perspectives and Advances in Plastic Surgery symposium hosted by ASPS/PSEF. While there he will speak on The New Thigh Reduction and Upper Body Lifting. He will also serve as a moderator on Rhinoplasty: Pearls for Performance.
APRIL 19-24, 2007 – ASPS NEW YORK
Dr. Aly and Dr. Cram will be attending the annual meeting of ASAPS & ASERF being held in New York, NY April 19-24, 2007. Dr. Cram and Dr. Aly will give a presentation on Aesthetic Body Contouring in the Massive Weight Loss Patient. Dr. Aly will be Chair for Cosmetic Rehabilitation of the Post Bariatric Patient as well as serve as a panelist for “Problem Cases in the Massive Weight Loss”. Dr. Aly will also serve as moderator for a panel of four world renowned surgeons who will be speaking on “Precision Shaping in Abdominoplasty; Challenging Current Concepts”
MAY 5th – CORALVILLE, IA
Dr. Aly has been invited to speak at the 2007 Annual Session of the Iowa Dental Association to be held May 5-7, 2007. He will cover “Plastic Surgery in the 21st Century” – Discussing plastic surgery options, including Dental Health and Aesthetics, in the 21st century and the medias relationship with the specialty.
MAY 19-20, 2007 – Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
Dr. Aly will speak at the American Association of Plastic Surgeons symposium entitled “Aesthetic Surgery: In Depth with the Masters”. While there Dr. Aly will be speaking on Post Bariatric Body Contouring.
Travel Abroad
MAY 7-11, 1007 – NEW ZEALAND
Dr. Aly will travel to New Zealand as an invited speaker for Royal Australasian College of surgeons to speak at the 76th Annual Scientific Congress – Christchurch 2007. While there he will give lectures on all aspects of Body Contouring after Massive Weight Loss.
July 20-18, 2007 – COPENHAGEN
Dr. Aly will travel to Copenhagen as an invited speaker during the Aesthetic Surgery on the Baltic – Biennial Cruise, co-sponsored by ASPS, ASAPS, & PSEF. He will speak on all topics relating to Aesthetic Body Contouring in the Massive Weight Loss Patient
October 3-7, 2007 – SPAIN
Dr. Aly will travel to Alicante Spain where he will speak at the 1st Annual Symposium on Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery hosted by Dr. Perez de la Romana. He will speak on all aspects of body contouring following massive weight loss ranging from Belt Lipectomy and Upper Body Lift to Thigh Reduction. He will also sit on a Round Table Discussion regarding Upper Body Lifting.
Live Surgery

Dr. Cram and Dr. Aly will perform a live surgical procedure in its entirety via the internet.
